Our Process

We work closely with our clients to understand their challenges, evaluate their situations, collaborate on solutions, co-develop recommendations, and deliver the agreed-upon plan. At the client’s discretion, CMK Select can support the execution of the resulting turnaround plan in varying levels of involvement, from simply serving in an advisory capacity to assuming full project management responsibility for the turnaround.
