Kirk T. Dackow is Vice President of Consulting Delivery and Operations, where he is responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of CMK’s delivery services.  In support of CMK’s commitment to clients, employees and the industry, Kirk is focused on delivering a superior standard of service through collaboration with the experts who deliver those services to customers.

Kirk boasts a 20+ year career in operations and product planning with expertise setting strategic direction, streamlining work processes and implementing performance management to achieve profitable results. With extensive hands-on experience in both running operations and developing new products, Kirk plays an instrumental role in defining and executing on the strategic vision of CMK’s delivery and operations.

EDUCATION:

B.S. in Operations Research and Management Science from Carnegie Mellon University.

PERSONAL FACT:

Kirk holds a design patent for an ice cream cone designed to contain toppings and ice cream, so ice-cream lovers can enjoy a sundae, sans spoon. When he is not spending time with his wife, two grown sons or energetic but loveable labs, Kirk can be found making a difference in the lives of individuals, communities and cultures through music with the Continuo Arts Foundation, a non-profit organization of which he is a founding member.
